We have new significant BP440 bulletproof steel plate projects in Nigeria. It is about crude oil storage tanks. With the development of our steel materials business in the Africa those years, Nigeria has been an important market to us. And we have many BP440 bulletproof steel plate famous projects in local and also participated in a lot of governmental projects. This crude oil storage tanks project is a very big engineering, and lasts for years. This is the only initial stage. We are under negotiation about following installation and further demands etc. matters.

BP440 bulletproof steel plate, JIS 3101 SS540 is high strength low alloy steel plate sheet, which is widely used in plants building, general mansions and all kinds of construction machinery, such as mines and various types of drilling rig used in construction, power shovel, electric wheel dump trucks, mining vehicles, excavators, loaders, bulldozers , various types of cranes, hydraulic support, coal mining machinery and equipment and other structures.
EN 10025-2 steel includes S235 steel (S235JR, S235J0, S235J2), S275 steel (S275JR, S275J0, S275J2), S355 steel (S355JR, S355J0, S355J2, S355K2), S450 steel (S450J0). According to EN 10025-2, the thickness of S450J0 plate is within 3-150mm. The BP440 bulletproof steel plate, S235 steel, S275 steel and S355 steel plate thickness is ≤250mm. However, the S235J2, S275J2, S355J2 and S355K2 plates limitation is ≤400mm.
In 2014, we offered 175 ton Cold rolled stainless steel plate to Thailand. The BP440 bulletproof steel plate products are from TISCO. Here is the MTC that we offered to customer. We have our own quality team. Our quality team will inspect every order before shipment for customer. Normally, we will test the chemical composition, thickness, width, and length.
