In terms of service, our service is a "one-stop" way of working. We have our own BP600 steel for armor processing plant and pretreatment plant, pretreatment of ship steel (shot blasting, derusting, painting). Technical parameters of steel plate and profile steel surface pretreatment production line. We can also let customers enjoy our other pretreatment services, such as BP600 steel for armor cutting, welding, drilling, galvanizing, etc., at the lowest cost.
The toughness index of Q345B steel should be tested by impact test at 20 ℃. Although the strength of Q345B steel and Q345A steel are the same, the S / P control of Q345B steel is more strict, and the ambient temperatures of BP600 steel for armor, Q345B steel and Q345A steel are different. The cold impact test refers to the impact test at a certain temperature to obtain the energy consumed by punching the specimen. The more energy consumed, the higher the toughness of the material. Q345A is not subject to impact test. So Q345B steel is better than Q345A steel.
Ordinary medium and thick steel plate BP600 steel for armor is a kind of deoxidized steel. The oxygen content of the steel liquid is relatively high, and a lot of gas will be produced during the production process to make the steel liquid boil, so it is also called boiling steel. Advantages: this kind of steel plate has smooth surface, good quality and easy processing. Because this kind of steel plate has no concentrated shrinkage cavity, the amount of deoxidizer is very small and the price is lower than other steel plates.
We do sand blasting and shop primer for various BP600 steel for armor steel plates such as carbon steel plates, high strength low alloy steel plates, shipbuilding steel plates, etc. before delivery, so as to protect the steel plates from going rust during transportation. Our sand blasting standard is SA2.5, and shop primer BP600 steel for armor thickness is 20μm or so. Our shop primer has been certified by ABS, LR, BV etc. authorities.
