Advantages of BP300 ballistic performance, stainless steel: 1. Chemical properties: the chemical and electrochemical corrosion resistance of stainless steel is the best in steel, second only to titanium alloy. 2. Physical properties: stainless steel has good heat resistance, high temperature resistance, low temperature resistance and even ultra-low temperature resistance. Stainless steel can work safely at - 270℃ - 400℃ for a long time. No matter at high or low temperature, no harmful substances will be precipitated, and the stainless steel material properties are quite stable.
As the thickness and hardness of BP300 ballistic performance increase, the tendency to crack at the cutting edge increases. In order to prevent the BP300 ballistic performance from cutting cracks, preheating should be carried out before BP300 ballistic performance cutting. Special attention should be paid to preheating to make the entire BP300 ballistic performance interface evenly heated to avoid local overheating in the area contacting the heat source. If the whole BP300 ballistic performance cannot be preheated, the partial preheating method can be used instead.
A36 is American Standard ASTM material, SS400 is Japanese Standard JIS g3101 steel material for general structure, Q235 is Chinese standard GB700 material. The limitation of the content of the Mn element differs depending on the thickness of the A36 steel plate, and the A36 steel plate of 20 mm or less does not contain Mn. The BP300 ballistic performance, Q235 steel plate has requirements for the contents of C, Si, Mn, S, P and other elements. But SS400 steel plate only requires S and P to be less than 0.050, and no other element requirements.
