GJB/1496A-2000 this standard uses and manufactures 28Cr2Mo steel plates with thicknesses of 10, 12, 15, 20, 25, 30mm for armored vehicles, and 26SiMnMo steel plates with thicknesses of 5, 6, 8, 10, 12, 15, 20mm and thicknesses. 28Cr2Mo is armored bullet-proof steel, code-named GY4. It is the main protective device on the tank. It needs to have high elasticity resistance. It also needs to have good processing technology and welding performance to meet the requirements of the tank manufacturing industry.
Normalizing is to heat the steel parts to 30~80℃above the critical temperature for a period of time. Then the parts are taken out of the furnace and cooled in air. Since the cooling rate of normalizing is faster than that of annealing, the strength and hardness of normalized BP600 bulletproof steel grade are higher than that of annealed BP600 bulletproof steel grade, but the elimination of internal stress is not as good as annealing. The normalizing operation of BP600 bulletproof steel grade is simple, the cost is low, the productivity is high, and it is widely used in actual production.
The basic principle of BP600 bulletproof steel grade, heat treatment of steel: put the metal workpiece in a certain medium and heat it to a suitable temperature, keep it in this temperature for a certain time, and then cool it at different speeds. Objective: to obtain the desired structure and properties by means of heating, heat preservation and cooling, so as to make the metal workpiece have the required mechanical, physical and chemical properties.
The company attaches great importance to the cultivation of team spirit. Personal strength is weak. After sales service departments, leaders and subordinates often communicate with each other. Everyone often holds meetings to discuss their problems in after-sales service, discuss technical difficulties, discuss how to improve work efficiency, how to better deal with user complaints, etc.
