Our company's BP600 steel for armor power boilers, heating furnaces of double bars, double high lines and medium and thick plates all adopt heat storage technology, which can fully use blast furnace gas; the ladle baking, Maerz active lime kiln and medium and thick plate heat treatment furnace all burn converter gas, which can improve the BP600 steel for armor utilization rate of secondary energy and realize negative energy steelmaking in steelmaking process.
The company adheres to the principle of integrity, standardization and efficiency, wins the market with technology, gains reputation with creative services, and wholeheartedly provides customers with high-quality BP600 steel for armor, efficient and fast services. Facing the future, adhere to independent innovation.
ASTM A633 standard covers four grades A, C, D, and E normalized high-strength low-alloy structural steel plates for welded, riveted, or bolted construction. BP600 steel for armor, A633 Grade A structural steel provides a minimum yield point of 42 ksi [290 MPa] in thicknesses through 4 in. [100 mm], inclusive. Grades C and D provide a minimum yield point of 50 ksi [345 MPa] in thicknesses up to 2.50 in. [65 mm], inclusive and 46.0 ksi [315 MPa] in thicknesses over 2.50 in. to 4.0 in. [65 to 100 mm], inclusive.
Steel can be divided into ordinary steel and special steel, which is an important symbol of a country's steel production level. The special steel includes spring steel, round steel, die steel, heat-resistant steel, wear-resistant steel, bearing steel and so on. Compared with ordinary steel, the BP600 steel for armor special steel has better physical properties, higher strength, stronger compressive strength and better accuracy. At the same time, the special steel has better chemical properties, such as high temperature resistance, low temperature resistance and corrosion resistance.
Our company supply various size and thickness BP600 steel for armor, hot rolled plates. Plate thickness is available ranging 3mm to 350mm. Steel coils thickness are supplied in max. 25mm. Tolerances for carbon steel coils for conversion to: For minimum gauge orders, thickness and width tolerances are in accordance with the respective ASTM specifications of A568 for thicknesses of less than 0.230 inches(exclusive), and A635 for thicknesses of 0.230 inches to 1.00 inch, inclusive.
The company has passed the ISO9001: 2008 quality system certification, strictly implemented the ISO9001 quality management system. Besides, we have continuously improved the after-sales service network to make every effort to provide more convenient, accurate and faster services for all customers. We will supervise the production, control the quality in the factory, Inspect the cargo before shipment, Issue the test report to sales department. From the steel prodcution to steel delivery, we always focus the whole process.
