Difference between Q235A steel and Q235B steel plates: in the national standard GB700, the difference between BP440 ballistic performance, Q235A steel and Q235B steel plates is mainly in the carbon content. In addition, Q235A steel plate does not do impact test, while Q235B Q235B steel plates need normal temperature impact test, V-notch. Relatively speaking, the mechanical properties of Q235B steel plates are better than that of Q235A steel plate.
Composition characteristics of Q420 alloy steel plate: 1.Low carbon: Due to the high requirements for toughness, weldability and cold forming performance, its carbon content does not exceed 0.20%. 2. Add manganese-based alloy elements. 3. Add auxiliary elements such as niobium, titanium or vanadium, which is beneficial to obtain fine ferrite grains and improve the strength and toughness of the Q420 alloy steel, BP440 ballistic performance.
We recieved new order about BP440 ballistic performance 3mm thickness and so on dimension ABS grade A shipbuilding steel plates. It is not easy to find 3mm thickness shipbuilding steel plates supplier. The order was put to other supplier before, but the customers was informed not able to supply 3mm thickness BP440 ballistic performance shipbuilding steel plates with ABS certificate. This was disappointed and the customer had to withdraw the order. After a lot of investigation and recommendation, the customer finally find us and we fully have the ability to supply this batch of shipbuilding steel plates according to their requirements.

In March, the daily output of key iron and steel enterprises fell on a month on month basis, while the overall inventory of BP440 ballistic performance and so on steel materials was lower but still at a high level. In terms of production, in March, according to the key statistics, the cumulative average daily output of pig iron, crude steel and steel for iron and steel enterprises was 1.824 million tons, 1.695 million tons and 1.766 million tons respectively, down 2.1%, 3.1% and 1.7% on a month on month basis.
