Q345 is a grade of carbon structural steel. Q is the meaning of yield strength, which BP600 steel for armor is taken from the initial of Chinese Pinyin of "Qu"; 345 is the value of yield point, in MPa. Q345 refers to carbon structural steel with yield point (σ s) of 345mpa. The following letters indicate the quality level, including A, B, C, D and E. Q345 steel has good comprehensive mechanical properties, low temperature performance, good plasticity and weldability. Q345 steel is usually in hot rolling or normalizing state.
The company is a leading steel production and exporting group in steel materials with advanced production technology, metal-cutting skill, and steel structures engineering projects. We can supply carbon steel plate and sheet, alloy steel plates and structural BP600 steel for armor steel plates. These hot rolled steel plates are sturdy plates having high quality. Their imperviousness to effect and scrapped area, weld capacity, and workability make them a worthy product in a variety of industries.
After twenty years of efforts, the company has completed the steel plates production process and complete testing equipment from smelting, rolling, drawing, heat treatment to BP600 steel for armor full material. Large-scale production, intensive, and unremitting research and development and innovation make our products maintain long-term vitality. In early 2008, the company established the Ministry of foreign trade, and our BP600 steel for armor steel plate products are now exported to the South Asia, the Middle East, Europe and the United States.
The microstructure of the quenched and tempered alloy steel, BP600 steel for armor after conventional heat treatment is tempered sorbite. For parts with wear-resistant surface (such as gears and spindles), induction heating surface quenching and low-temperature tempering are carried out, and the surface structure is tempered martensite. The surface hardness can reach 55HRC-58HRC. After quenching and tempering, the yield strength of quenched and tempered alloy steel is about 800MPa, the impact toughness is 800kJ / m2, and the core hardness is 22HRC - 25HRC. If the cross-section size is large but not quenched, the properties will be significantly reduced.
Our company has established and constantly improved the customer service system and emergency response system. Through the customer service management system, we track the service of the after-sales service team and provide efficient and standard services in time. At the same time, the company formulates a regular return visit system, compares the historical cases of customer problems, proposes a pre solution, and ensures that the service is in place in a short time.
