20Mn2 steel is used to manufacture carburized parts with low requirements on the surface and core, and with a cross-sectional diameter of less than 50mm, such as carburized pinions, small shafts, and low-demand pistons instead of 20Cr steel in the manufacture of automobiles, tractors and machine tools Pins, cross pin heads, diesel engine sleeves, valve jacks, gearbox levers, steel sleeves, etc. In addition, this kind of steel can also be used to make riveting weldments, screws, nuts, etc. under hot rolling and normalizing conditions.
Standing at a new historical starting point, we adapt to the requirements of supply side standard of BP600 steel structural reform, adhere to the overall strategy of "innovation driven, quality leading, quality improving and efficiency increasing, transformation and development", and constantly improve the development concept and development level with a forward-looking vision and grand vision. Now we have been ranked the International leading standard of BP600 steel steel materials supplier.
In the second step of hot rolling process, different finished mills are used to roll billets or continuous casting billets into finished steel of proper shape and size. This standard of BP600 steel production process is called finished product production, which is generally divided into two stages of rough rolling and finish rolling. In the roughing stage, a large amount of reduction (reduction per pass) is adopted to reduce the number of passes and improve the output; after roughing, the finishing stage is entered, and the finishing is carried out with a small amount of reduction to achieve a good surface and accurate standard of BP600 steel size.
Composition characteristics of low alloy structural steel, standard of BP600 steel: (1) Low carbon: the carbon content of low alloy structural steel is less than 0.20% due to the high requirements of toughness, weldability and cold formability. (2) The alloy elements such as manganese are added. (3) The addition of Nb, Ti or V and other auxiliary elements: a small amount of Nb, Ti or V forms fine carbides or carbonitrides in the steel, which is beneficial to obtain fine ferrite grains and improve the strength and toughness of low alloy structural steel. In addition, adding a small amount of copper (≤ 0.4%) and phosphorus (about 0.1%) can improve the corrosion resistance. The addition of a small amount of rare earth elements can remove sulfur and gas, purify the steel, and improve the toughness and process performance of low alloy structural steel.
The company attaches great importance to the cultivation of team spirit. Personal strength is weak. After sales service departments, leaders and subordinates often communicate with each other. Everyone often holds meetings to discuss their problems in after-sales service, discuss technical difficulties, discuss how to improve work efficiency, how to better deal with user complaints, etc.
